One Line:

Kindred Garden: In this 2D platformer, a fox and her boy help each other overcome obstacles while constantly moving from an light-world to an shadow-world.

Long Line:

Kindred Garden is a 2D puzzle platformer about recovering from Mental Health, the levels go from dark atmospheres to fully saturated, positive vibes that ultimately ends with a fountain like oasis. The game takes the characters, a fox and her boy, from a depressive shadowy underworld to a bright inviting overworld who learn through play that puzzles are solved better together.

Keys in the game are activities that people do to heal such as rest, eat healthy and drink water, do things you enjoy, talk it out, and have kindness for yourself.  These keys unlock the gravity altering doors that allow the character to travel from the overworld to the underworld.

Great work!

Loved the game! The story, the art... pretty impressive! I streamed some feedback here https://www.twitch.tv/indiecluste

Yeah, cool, sorry I missed it.

Oh, cool, the link actually has your stream, checking it out now!

Brilliant play though.  Thanks you so much for playing our game, it was very insightful being able to hear your thoughts as you experienced the game for the first time.  You discovered some bugs (the boy is not supposed to go the orange gate on the training level). And you missed some other bugs that would have helped you get.  We also know that the immersive training  it not the greatest.  If you want some guests on your stream some time someone can walk you thought the issues and thoughts behind the game.

I'm glad you liked the stream. We really want to give devs that experience of watching someone new play their game. I would love to play it again with you guys in the chat (or an interview style via discord). Let's figure out a time that works https://discord.gg/6DZh56Qc

Awesome game! love the art and music. Simple fix when jumping next to the wall you get stuck.  It is more than likely the ground collider mistaking the wall for the ground. Also Physic 2d could help.

Yeah, thanks, I'm sure we will be showing it off at the next LA Indie Dev Meetup, since three of us from the this meetup were on the team.  I'm not sure if getting stuck on the walls is a feature or bug.  There are other bug-ish things like this as well including what we like to call the Fox elevator.

It's really nice game

Good art work and music

What am I supposed to do?

Wait 24 hours... This is a work in progress... WASD or arrow keys to move.

Ahhh, ok nice! I will try again later!

Okay, now try!
